To benefit from the services offered by our campsite, we ask that you carefully read the general terms and conditions below. These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our general terms and conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

– The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the Lodges & nature Camping les 2 Rhône campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of either the duly completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online.

– Reservations are only binding on the campsite if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and generally, any circumstances likely to harm the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that is contrary to this principle, or that seeks to divert it.

– Reservations for a campsite or rental are strictly personal. You may not sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.

– Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Rental
– Rental accommodations are fully equipped. The basic rate is for 2 to 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation.
– The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rental accommodation.

Booking fees
Rentals:

– The campsite charges a €15 administration fee per stay.
– From July 1, 2023 to August 19, 2023, for a minimum of 7 nights, a 30% deposit + a €15 administration fee.

Pitches:
30% deposit + €5 administration fee

RATES AND TOURIST TAX

  • Prices listed are for the current year. They are per night, per pitch, and per week, and are in euros, including VAT.
    – The tourist tax is €0.20 per night per person over 18 years old.
    – The amount of eco-participation for household waste is €0.50 per night and per person.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • For reservations made more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reserved services must be paid at the campsite upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay.
    – For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

  1. Booking Modifications
    – Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite.
    – If you do not send us a message indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may become available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the contract, and you will therefore lose the benefit of your reservation.
  2. Unused services
    Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your actions will not give rise to a refund.
  3. Cancellation due to camping
    In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
  4. Cancellation due to the camper
    The campsite does not charge cancellation fees. All cancellations must be made within 15 days of the rental start date, otherwise there will be no refund.

YOUR STAY

  1. Arrival
    – Arrival dates vary depending on the season (please inquire directly with the campsite).
    – Rental accommodations: On the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., after an inventory has been completed. A €200 deposit will be required upon collection of the keys to your rental.
  2. During your stay
    It is the camper’s responsibility to ensure their own insurance: the campsite declines all liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, or any incident for which the camper is responsible.
    All guests must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations.
    Each camper is responsible for any disturbances or nuisances caused by people staying with them or visiting them.
  3. Departure
    – Rental accommodations: On the departure date indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The accommodation will be returned in a perfectly clean condition, and the inventory will be checked. Any broken or damaged items will be your responsibility, as will the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay less any compensation retained for any damage noted in the exit inventory. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that costs exceed the deposit amount. If departure occurs outside reception opening hours and without our inspection, you will be charged a cleaning fee of €80.
    If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of at least €80 including tax will be required. – For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.

ANIMALS

Pets are allowed on the campsite (one pet per rental) for a fee payable when booking, except for category 1 and 2 dogs. When allowed, they must be kept on a lead at all times. They are prohibited in the swimming pool, the sanitary block and the main building. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date.

CAMPSITE RESPONSIBILITY

The customer expressly acknowledges that the campsite cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or any third party of false information mentioned in the campsite brochure or website concerning presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates. All photos and texts used in the campsite brochure or website are not contractual. They are for informational purposes only. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are removed, in particular for climatic reasons or in the event of force majeure as defined by the French courts.

COMPUTING AND FREEDOM

The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be shared with any third party. This information will be considered confidential by the campsite. It will be used solely by the campsite’s internal departments to process your order and to enhance and personalize communications.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to any personal data concerning you. To do so, simply send a request by mail to the campsite address, stating your full name, address, and surname.

EXTRACT FROM THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS:

It is posted at the entrance to the campsite. We thank you for reading it. All guests must comply with the campsite’s internal regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in expulsion from the campsite without any refund of the stay.

1) Campsite Rules: The use of sound equipment must not be heard beyond the perimeter of each pitch. From 10:30 p.m. onward, everyone must respect their neighbors’ right to rest.
2) Traffic: Vehicle traffic is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited on the campsite between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (motorcycles do not have specific permits). Everyone present on the campsite must behave responsibly.
3) Visitors: To maintain the peace and quiet of the campsite, your friends may only visit you on foot from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Visitors must report to reception to provide identification and pay the applicable fee. They will then have access to the outdoor parking lot located in front of the campsite.

The direction
